Viet was involved the capacity study for 11 school sites to be developed by LocatED, the arms length body to the Department for Education.

For the St John Fisher School site of 2.4 ha, Viet illustrated how it could be redeveloped with 106 homes and associated parking. The scheme also features a 325 sqm. attenutation basin and a Local Equipped Area for Play.
