Viet designed layout options for a B8 industrial site of 26ha. The Option 1 tests the maximum coverage assuming approx. 200,000 sqft B8 sheds; and the Option 2b shows the biggest single shed of 965,000 sqft. The site provide growth opportunities for its accessibility to Crew, Stoke, Northwich, and the international airports in Manchester and Liverpool. It is located in the M6 Growth Corridor and allocated as an extension of the existing Radway Green industrial area within the Cheshire East Local Plan.

• Option 1

Each unit: 20 no. docks; 3 no. level access doors; 50 no. HGV parking spaces; 150 no. car parking spaces.

• Option 2

210 no. docks; 12 no. level access doors; 300 no. HGV parking spaces; 800 no. car parking spaces.
