Viet was involved in a site visit as well as Opportunities & Constraints, Development Capacity and Concept Framework drawings for a residential development on the western edge of Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire. The concept had to fulfill various visibility, access and viability constraints due to the site's topography and sensitive location in the Green Belt.
