Viet prepared concept plans for the Call for Sites document in preparing the Local Plan Review.

The site presents a sustainable and attractive location for new housing and it offers potential for a range of large scale strategic development on land entirely outside of the Green Belt and in a multi-modal transport corridor.

Early phases of development will benefit from infrastructure to be delivered on the existing urban extension including a new school, open spaces and transport infrastructure which have been designed to facilitate further growth at North Bingham.
