Viet was involved in a site visit and analytical graphics of the tender package for a £1.35m opportunity to regenerate housing estates in Podsmead and Matson, and provide up to 2,250 homes in the Gloucester Growth Housing Zone. Residents would benefit from an improved stock of housing in quality and quantity, as well as other local facilities including better access to Robinswood Hill Country Park.
