Greenfield development of up to 350 dwellings on the edge of Hemel Hempstead. The site has various constraints from being in the Green Belt and proximity of the Piccotts End Conservation Area. Viet was involved in site visits, site analysis, and producing design documents including the Opportunities and Constraints Plan, Masteplan, and Design and Access Statement
