Redevelopment of Exotic Farm Produce Ltd., Bakkavor Estate Ltd., Kirton

Viet led the design project from inception to completion of a 140-home redevelopment of a food production estate in Kirton, Lincolnshire. Viet was also responsible for writing the Planning Statements, Design and Access Statement, and Transport Statement along with many 2D and 3D illustrations. He joined meetings with the planning authotities, the clients and other consultants, whose feedback effectively informed the design development. In March 2015, the design was presented in a public consultation in Kirton and received a majority of positive feedback. In Jan 2016, the scheme was approved by Boston Borough Council.
