East of Queensborough Land at Belgrave Road, The Crown Estate, Minster

The Crown Estate submitted land at East of Queenborough in response to the Council’s ‘Call for Sites’ which was being considered through the evidence base of the emerging Swale Local Plan Review.

Viet prepared an enhanced masterplan to confirm the capacity of 440 homes for the 26.8 ha site as further evidence-base work for consultation on a draft Plan in January 2021. The masterplan was supported with visualisations by other team members to demonstrate how landscape impacts can be mitigated and the integrity of the countryside gap can be maintained.
